Terms and Conditions

1. Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. To be eligible to enter this competition, entrants must:

   be permanent residents of the State of Queensland who are not employees or contractors of the Promoter or immediate family members of employees or contractors of the Promoter;

   Fully and correctly complete and submit the entry form on the baysidelivingmagazine.com.au website.

3. The competition commences at 9am on Saturday 2 of August 2008 and concludes at 1pm on Friday 22 of August 2008 ("the Promotional Period").
4. Incomplete, incomprehensible and corrupted entries will be ineligible and disregarded. Entries must be received during the Promotional Period. No responsibility is taken for late, misdirected or incomplete entries. Online entrants are responsible for costs associated with obtaining Internet connection.
5. Each entrant is only permitted to enter the competition once. If a person enters the competition more than once all subsequent entries will be deemed to be invalid.
6. You may not submit an entry on behalf of someone else. You may only submit an entry for yourself.
7. There will be 1 prize and 1winner.
8. The selection of the winners will be by random draw at the offices of Bayside Living.
9. The first (1) eligible entries randomly drawn will be the winners, who will be contacted by Bayside Living.
10. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize may be at the absolute discretion of the Promoter and be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
11. The winners will be notified by telephone or email and their name and suburb will be published at www.baysidelivingmagazine.com.au
12. The Promoter may also use the winners' names and suburbs in promotions and announcements in any of the Promoter's media releases.
13. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize or any variation in the prize advertised and prize provided.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify all entries from any individual who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with, the entry process which as a result corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition.
16. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
